Listing Side Transaction Coordinator Responsibilities
- Introduction to Sellers with links to seller disclosures.
- Prepare & send listing disclosures.
- Order Natural Hazard Disclosure Report.
- Review disclosures & obtain signatures as needed.
Upon Contract Acceptance
- Open escrow & review prelim.
- Review contract, counters & addendums.
- Send timeline, contact sheet, and transaction summary to all parties.
- Obtain earnest money receipt from escrow.
- Provide escrow with seller payoff info.
- Request HOA package from title.
- Track & manage contract contingencies.
- Coordinate seller repairs.
- Follow up for inspection report & RR.
- Prepare addendums and CR’s.
- Follow up on loan docs & approval.
- Order & send home warranty.
- Prepare extension requests.
- Upload all documents need for broker compliance.
- Maintain weekly contact with all parties involved in the transaction.
- Upload final closing statement and commission check copies to Broker System.
Buying Side Transaction Coordinator Responsibilities
